For Chef Jenna

Made my best friend a ruffle apron. (She's in school to be a pastry chef.)

Summertime is near

My stitching is still a little bit messy but I'm playing with tutorials some since I'm off today.
I found this one here. It's a little 'Summertime wallet' for those days that you don't want to carry a whole big bag!

Mini heart pies (first run). All you need are roll out pie crusts (you can find in the refrigerated section where they keep cookie dough), any filling you want, butter and a fork. Use heart shaped cookie cutter for the crust, fill --but not too much (look at the bottom one --that happens!) put another heart on top then close using the fork, pinching the edges together. Use melted butter on the top then bake per instructions on crust box.

Discovering Mod-Podge. This stuff is amazing, I'm sure I'll be painting it on more stuff in the near future. The above pictures are all fabric painted onto glass, the bottom one is of a tea light inside of a mason jar with the bottom layer of a crochet top that was too long (I'm little!) Mod Podged on.

These are my first few sewing projects. Obviously I'm still quite novice but practice makes perfect ay? Eventually I will start up an Etsy shop but I'm neurotic so I won't sell anything that isn't done well.
DIY adorable pincushion and sewing storage! Mason jar, a scrap of fabric, hot glue gun and soft filling (like for pillows). Flip the lid upside down and lay the fabric, press filling into it until you have a round poof, press the round lid piece to close off then glue the fabric to the lid to hold in place and you're done.

Love package for my Caseybear. These were so cute. Just Pringles cans, wrapping paper and printed out labels (and lots of noms of course!)
